Pastured Chicken

Our chickens are raised outdoors on pasture, where they have room to move and access fresh pasture, sunshine, and open air. They’re rotated regularly and live in mobile coops that provide protection while supporting natural, low-stress living. Time on pasture contributes to clean flavor and a quality you can taste. We raise our birds without the use of synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or medications. Alongside what they find on pasture, they’re fed a certified organic feed to support good health and steady growth. These are the same thoughtful, straightforward practices we’ve followed from the beginning. All of our chicken is processed under USDA inspection and contains no additives or preservatives—just clean, honest poultry raised with care and intention. Living with Alpha-Gal Syndrome has made us especially aware of how complicated and confusing food choices can be, particularly when it comes to hidden ingredients and unnecessary additives.
